DO NOT request an appointment for firearms still in Transit, Not confirmed delivered or to Purchase a new Firearm.

Have you picked up a Hand Gun within 30 Days? *

If you have picked up a Hand Gun within 30 days do not continue. You will need to wait until your 30 Day period if past before submitting. You can still submit your appointment request for Long Guns.

Do you have a Valid NJ Permit to Purchase? *

If you are picking up a Hand Gun you MUST have a Valid NJ Permit to Purchase before you can request an appointment.

How many Firearms are you picking up?

Please list the ACTUAL dates the firearms tracking shows they were received, Not the scheduled delivery dates. If you do not have tracking then list where you purchased the firearms from next to its brand and model along with when you expected each to arrive.
